In the last game of Round 4, Vardar and Renova played a goalless draw.

Just like Metalurg – Rabotnicki earlier in the day, Vardar and Renova split the points by playing a goalless draw.  The absence of Vardar striker Filip Ivanovski due to injury proved to effect Vardar as they could not break down the Renova defense.  As expected, Renova played defensive and managed to leave Skopje with one point.  This was the first game that Vardar failed to win this season and they remain in second place behind Metalurg.  Both teams have 10 points but Metalurg is first because of the better goal difference.  Meanwhile, Renova sits seventh on the table with 5 points.
