Vance Sikov scored his first two goals since moving to Ukraine, Stevica Ristić continued his good form for Suwon with another goal, while Ilija Nestorovski scored his first league goal in a Viktoria Žižkov uniform.
Macedonian Second League – Round 2
Second consecutive win for promotion favorites Tikves and Pelister, Lokomotiva got trashed in Bogovinje, while Korab was surprised at home. In the other games, Miravci recorded a comfortable win over Ohrid Lote, Belasica and Skopje played a 1:1 draw, Treska settled for another draw, while Pobeda Junior collected their first point of the season.

First win for Ohrid in the First League after 15 years, third consecutive win for Metalurg and Vardar, first point for Bregalnica, while Napredok suffered their first defeat. As you can see below, most of the goals were scored late in the game but Vardar and Metalurg recorded narrow victories to maintain their perfect starts

Macedonian football “forbidden” on TV
None of the many Macedonian TV channels decided to broadcast the major matches during the past two days: the derby of the First League between Vardar and Rabotnicki and the friendly game Azerbaijan vs. Macedonia. Disaster!
