Besart Ibraimi has found himself a new club in Enosis Neon Paralimni from the Cypriot 1. Division. Ibraimi, who is 27, has signed a 6 month contract with the team that is currently second from bottom on the standings.  Enosis is the former club of Macedonian players like Petar Miloshevski and Ivan Trichkovski and that is also a team that was once managed by Chedomir Janevski.

Ibraimi started his career with local clubs Vlazrimi and Napredok before then making a move to Renova. He had solid stay with Renova and received the award for the best domestic player in 2009 by the Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM). Shortly thereafter, he made a sensational transfer to German giant Schalke 04. However, he saw little playing time and later joined Ukrainian side Sevastopol. Besides Sevastopol, Besart also played for Tavriya and Metalurh Zaporizhya in Ukraine, both times as a loaned player.

Ibraimi has been capped 7 times by the senior national team of Macedonia, but his last appearance was all the way back in August of 2010.
