Macedonian Football Federation hosts an UEFA U16 development tournament from 18-23 April. Besides Macedonia at this tournament will participate also Romania, Israel and Lichtenstein. All games will be played at “Petar Miloshevski” training center in Skopje.
Past week we lost one of our best young players Filip Lazarevski. He died in a motorcycle accident near Strumica. He was born in 2002 and a member of Akademija Pandev and the Macedonian U15 national team.
As announced before our U18 national team (born 1999 and younger) visited Azerbaijan for two friendlies. Our boys came home with a win and a loss.
Our U18 national team (born 1999 and younger) took part at the “Federation Cup” tournament in Latvia, together with the hosts Latvia, Ukraine and Norway. Ukraine won the tournament and we finished at the third place.
