Cypriot club Anorthosis is showing interest in the 20 year old midfielder Stefan Spirovski.
According to several Cypriot newspapers including Sportday, the Bulgarian manager of Anorthosis, Stanimir Stoilov, will be in Bulgaria today to monitor Stefan Spirovski in the U21 friendly game between Bulgaria and Macedonia. Spirovski was born in Bitola and started his career with his hometown club Pelister before he transferred to Serbian club Borac Čačak in January of 2010. Spirovski is known as a skilled player and he actually scored in his debut for Borac Čačak but has overall had a disappointing stint as most of his appearances have come off the bench. Spirovski has not gotten consistent playing time and that has hurt his development. He was also on a brief trial at German club Energie Cottbus where he played in a friendly game but Energie decided not to sign Spirovski. Stefan will turn 21 in August and is a regular member of the Macedonian U21 team.
In other news out of Cyprus, Zoran Baldovaliev and Enosis Neon Paralimni have mutually agreed to terminate his contract which means that Baldovaliev will become a free agent this summer.
