Antonio Stankov collected his first goal of the season in Monday’s 1:1 draw between Jong Twente and MVV Maastricht.

Stankov played the entire game for MVV Maastricht and scored the lone goal for his team early in the 2nd half.  After a cross from the left that was misplayed by the Jong Twente defenders, Stankov came in to send a low effort to the back of the net.  It was Antonio’s first goal of the season.  Stankov also received a yellow card near the end of the match.

MVV Maastricht seemed headed for a win, but then Jong Twente managed to score an equalizer deep into stoppage time of the 90th minute.  The referee ruled that a handball was played inside the area, leading to a penalty for Jong Twente.  Attacker Luka Đorđević took and converted the penalty to ensure a 1:1 draw for his team.
