And after Germans, Germans. FFM decided not to continue the cooperation with the German brand Jako and instead brings in another brand from the same country, but far more famous – Adidas.

With a creative video, FFM announced what their calendar for the new year 2026 will look like, and it will be in the spirit of all the tops that the national team has worn since 1993.

One sentence, however, revealed the novelty: “Soon, 3 lines will paint our colors.”

Of course, those 3 lines are an association for the Adidas logo, a company founded by the German shoemaker, inventor, entrepreneur, and member of the Nazi Party – Adolf Dassler, nicknamed Adi. It was from his nickname and the first three letters of his last name that the brand name – Adidas – was born.

Interestingly, Adidas was the creator of the first top that Macedonia played in, but the collaboration was short-lived. Macedonia played only the first two matches, both against Slovenia (4:1 and 2:0), in Adidas equipment.

Since the Albania friendly in may 1994 and up to 1998, the national team was dressed by the Italian manufacturer Gems.

Then from 1998 to 2014 equipment sponsor was German brand Puma, founded by Adolf Dassler’s brother, Rudolf.
