The fourth league in the capital city has a new look as from now on there will be only two groups. The season starts this Sunday.

Unlike the previous seasons when each OFS organized its own fourth division group, now all teams will be under one OFS. The former OFS’ groups Gazi Baba, Kisela Voda and Skopje joined into one with Gazi Baba taking the lead. The teams are split into two groups regarding their geographical location. Group A features the teams located east from the city center, while the group B features those located west of the city center, but keep in mind that it is not a straight line. For example, B participant SSK Nova is from Drachevo, very east from the Center.

There are two new clubs making their debut and both are in the west group – FK Vidri and FK Metalurg 2025. Unfortunately, several clubs from last season did not sign up, such as Deljadrovci, Indjikovo, Miladinovci, SSK Mladinec and Sloboden, while several remain inactive, such as Partizan, Lepenec, Trubarevo, Volkovo, Mralino, Butel, Smiljkovci etc.
