“The most important thing is to go out tomorrow and play a good match. May the best team win. We are looking at our own job, how to play. And BiH also has its own ambitions, how to present itself to its fans,” said Sedloski.

“There is no friendly for us, as soon as we go out on the field we go for a win. We have a lot of new players, I want to see them, to prepare for what is coming in a few months, for the Nations League,” he added.

The coach did not want to reveal who will play in the position of the injured Bardi. “We have one more training session, God forbid someone else gets injured. I want to work it out, I have a few combinations in my head, so we’ll see. I plan to give all the new players a chance in these two matches, some for 90 minutes, some less.”

In absence of injured Enish Bardhi the captain’s armband will be worn by Dimitrievski.

“I think I’m entering the peak of my career. Goalkeepers do that a little later. I had a great season, I hope that will carry over to the national team,” said Dimitrievski.

Macedonia and Bosnia-Herzegovina will play on Friday at 20.30 CET at the “Asim Ferhatović Hase” stadium in Sarajevo.
