Vardar are the crowned champions for this season in 1.MFL. They confirmed their title with a style, defeating runners-up Shkendija with three goals difference on the National Arena Todor Proeski in Skopje.

Pelister and Brera Strumica will play play-off matches to retain first league status, while Makedonija Gjp, Rabotnicki and Shkupi are relegated. Shkupi broke the record for recorded points and conceded goals in 1.MFL seasons, so far.
