Marko Simonovski extends contract with Metalurg

Attacker Marko Simonovski has extended his contract with Metalurg for an additional three years.

Marko Simonovski (20) has signed a new deal with Metalurg that will keep him with the club for an additional 3 years, Metalurg’s official website reported.  Simonovski was part of Metalurg’s youth school and has spent the majority of his career with Metalurg, although he did have a brief stint in Vardar.  Marko has yet to be capped by the U21 national team, but formerly played for the U17 and U19 youth national teams.

Metalurg is currently second place of the table, trailing leaders Vardar by 5 points.  Their first match for the second half of the season is an away fixture against Sileks.
