Eight first division sides have applied for the 2012/13 UEFA competitions.

That means that four teams from the top division, including Bregalnica, have not applied for a license for the 2012/13 European competitions.  Vardar, Metalurg, Shkendija, Sileks, Renova, Ohrid, Rabotnicki, and Horizont Turnovo are the eight teams who applied for licenses to FFM for the 2012/13 UEFA competitions while Bregalnica, Napredok, Teteks, and 11 Oktomvri have not applied for a license.  However, the licensing period for domestic competitions has still not ended so those four teams could still apply for a license at a later date.
