A-League | Round 9

Adelaide United – Central Coast Mariners 0:4
Adelaide poor performances continued after they have been trashed by the “red hot” Mariners in a match that should have been the most exiting match for this round. Spase Dilevski started the game from the bench, but he was put on to replace his team mate Cameron Watson in the 64th minute on a current result 0:3. The next minute Mariners scored the last goal on the game, so after that Dilevski only played the last 25 minutes with not much impression and motivation.

Newcastle Jets – Melbourne Victory 3:1
Newcastle Jets finally impressed in a good game against a rival and hard to beat opponent. Benjamin “Ben” Kantarovski started from the bench for the Jets, but he was in to play the last 15 minutes of the game. He recovered from the injury and it’s expected for the next game Kantarovski to be in the first eleven.
Blagoja “Billy” Celeski despite the loss of his team once again showed how important he is for Victory’s midfield. He was one of the the best performers in his team along with his team mates Carlos Hernández and the star signing Harry Kewell. Those three players got the best ratings in the losing team. Everyone else got less than average ratings for this match.

Perth Glory – Gold Coast United 2:0
Some better performances we ve seen on this game by Perth Glory and also by Mile Sterjovski. The veteran attacker this time played a solid 70 minutes looking in a good mood for playing and scoring goals. This time he scored the opener in the 19th minute after penalty was awarded against Gold Coast when United defender Zac Anderson played with hand. Sterjovski celebrated in the honor of his newborn child, the little girl Lilly.

Melbourne Heart – Wellington Phoenix 1:0
Kliment Tasevski‘s team Heart has won a hard game against the Kiwis. Tasevski was out of any combination due to a long term injury as
we all know.

Sydney FC – Brisbane Roar 2:0
Petar Necevski once again was the second goalkeeper for his team and he was on the bench. His team Sydney FC beat the best team in the league which had an incredible 36 games unbeaten run in this competition.
