As a part of an UEFA program, Maltese referees will officiate the match between Rabotnicki and Vardar.

The Football Federations of Macedonia and Malta have reached an agreement to exchange referees as part of an UEFA program.  Therefore, the derby match of the 13th round between Rabotnicki and Vardar, which will be played at the Boris Trajkovski Stadium in Skopje, will be officiated by Marko Borg, a FIFA referee from Malta.  He will be joined by two assistant coaches in Ingmar Spiteri and Alan Camilleri.  The fourth official will be Malcolm Spiteri.

Meanwhile, Dejan Jakimovski, Dejan Kostadinov, Andrej Giev, and Faton Mustafi will officiate the derby match in Malta on the 26th of November between Valetta and Hamrun Spartans.
