Also, the correct number of relegated teams will be known after the conclusion of the Second League as it depends how many teams from there will be relegated into each third league. Currently in the Second League, there are 5 teams that in case of relegation will join the West (Drita, Rufeja, Teteks, Vrapchishte and Zajazi).
* Rufeja got relegated from Second League, but it will be added to a fourth league due to a decision by the FFM.
** Teteks, Vrapchishte and Drita are saved from Second League relegation.
*** The future of Zajazi in the Second League is still unknown as they will enter the relegation play-offs.
