Chesinovo failed in Kochanci and got relegated, Trkanja managed to escape a direct relegation but is still on standby. In battle of the first two, champions Belasica defeated Sloga 1934.

The teams of Rudar, Astibo, Karbinci and Cheshinovo got relegated and next season will play in the Fourth Leagues.
Sloga 1934, Osogovo, Napredok Radovo, Bregalnica Golak, Plachkovica, Babi, Sasa and Rabotnik Djumajlija will feature in the East next season as well. Tiverija, who got relegated from the Second League, will also participate here next season.
Belasica will enter the play-offs for filling the Second League. Depending on their play-off outcome, Trkanja may or may not get relegated.
The rest two spots for next season will be taken by teams from the Fourth Leagues affiliated with the East.
