The last half-season round did not bring changes at the top as Besa 1976 and Det. Plachkovica hold the promotions places with Pelister at the promotion play-off spot.

With Pelister having 10 points advantage over the teams bellow them, it is clear that the promotion battle will be only between the top three. So far Besa 1976 seems the best team and is favorite to win the league.

More uncertainty will be in the battle for avoiding relegation. So far Sasa seems doomed, Karaorman, Osogovo and Pobeda will have a tough time, but Bashkimi 1947, Teteks and Vardar will have to on alert.
