Attacker Zoran Zlatkovski will continue his career in Iran with Malavan.
Zoran Zlatkovski, former member of the Macedonian U21 national team, has joined Iranian club Malavan. Zlatkovski is now 24 years old and has spent most of his career playing for Bulgarian clubs. He played for two clubs last season as he played the first half of the season for Pirin before he transferred to Ludogorets for the second half of the season. He only spent a couple of months with the latter club as Zlatkovski is on the move again and this time in Iran with top division club Malavan. Current Macedonian international Vlatko Grozdanoski also played in Iran last year before he returned to Macedonia for this upcoming season. Teams in Iran can offer good salaries to players and that is tempting but it’s a big adjustment moving there and getting used to a new culture.
