U17 and U19 national teams have played friendly matches with their counterparts from Albania. U19 were hosts, while U17 visited Albania. Both first matches ended in a draw.

 The U17 national team played their match in Durres, Albania. They had a 0-1 lead on half-time with the goal scored by Valmir Nafiu from Shkendija, but the match ended in a 1-1 draw. They have played one more match against Albania and will play two more friendlies against Bosnia and Herzegovina, as visitors once again.

The U19 national team hosted Albania in Ohrid. Macedonia took the lead with the goal scored by Aleksandar Stankov from Dutch team Roda Kerkrade. However, Albania pulled themselves up and managed to turn the game around. With the goals scored by Sadiku and Koni Albania took the lead. In the added time Poposki from Karaorman managed to equalize the match and 2-2 is the final score of this match. Today, they should play one more match against Albania and then will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to play two friendlies against them.
