The draw for the Round of 16 of the Macedonian Women’s Cup was held yesterday at the FFM headquarters.

All 10 clubs from the top flight and all 6 from the second league registered for participation this season. The draw was not seeded, meaning that anyone could face anyone. That is why two second league teams were lucky to be draw to face each other, while the giants from the first league luckily escaped each other.

Defending champion Ljuboten was given an easy task in reactivated second league side Konzuli. The strong team of Kamenica Sasa will host ambitious second league side Sloboden, while Tiverija Brera also had a great draw by drawing Borec.

The matches will be played on 8 October (Wednesday). If there is no winner after 90 minutes, there will be a penalty shootout.
