All first and second league teams entered the Cup, meaning that 9 top flight and 8 from the second division want a place in the most massive competition. As 16 teams are set to star in the eight-finals, FFM decided to schedule a qualification match in order for one team to be eliminated. It was decided that newly founded Sloboden will face last season second league bottom-placed Pobeda 16 in order to set the last participant in the eight-finals.

The match will be played on Sunday at 13.00 CET in Valandovo at the home ground of Pobeda 16. The winner will join the other 15 teams and a draw will be made to decide the eight-final pairs.
