Macedonian U19 women national team suffered their second defeat in the qualifications for European Championship.
After the initial defeat, Macedonian women U19 national team had no better luck in their second match and although the result looked better the defeat was still there.
Romania needed two penalties, one in 32nd and one in 58th minute to create a 0:2 lead, but Macedonia managed to pull one back through Ristovska in 75th minute. However, in 88th minute Deca scored her second goal of the match to confirm the win for her team and leave Macedonia with no chances for advancing through to the next phase.
Macedonia’s manager fielded the following players: Arsova, Shabani, Tapovska, Veselinova, Saltirova, Mitrevska (60′ Adjuleska), Kokalovska, Stojkovska (85′ Zarkova), Ristovska, Jakovska, Adili (85′ Gjosheva).
In the other match, Scotland had fun destroying Georgia in a match that ended 15:1. Interestingly, Georgia took the lead first in 4th minute. Macedonia’s chance for win will be on Thursday when they face Gerogia, while Scotland and Romania will battle for the first place.
