W Macedonia defeated by Latvia (Video)

Macedonian women’s national team suffered another defeat in the second match within the Group C6 of this year’s edition of Nations League.

Karlina Miksone scored an early opener in the 2nd minute of the match and brought the lead for Latvian team. After this, Macedonia had the initiative and create several chances to score, most of them were for Ulza Maksuti who scored an equalizer in the 31st minute.

In the second half, the both teams had their chances to take the lead. In the 64th minute, there was a controversial situation when the Latvian captain Anastasija Ročāne played with her hand in the box, but the referee didn’t react. The 81st minute was played when Karlina Miksone scored her second goal in this match and secured the three points for her team.
