After two years in FK Vojvodina Novi Sad, Macedonian midfielder Vlatko Grozdanoski is ready to move on when his contract expires in December as several clubs from Germany, Turkey, Romania and Croatia have already declared their interest.
The 26-years-old midfielder Vlatko Grozdanoski is one of the key players for FK Vojvodina Novi Sad in their match in the Serbian Super Liga and in the European Competitions. But after two years spent in Vojvodina, he is ready to move when his contract expires this year in December.
The scouts of German Bundesliga side 1. FC Köln have followed him in the last three matches for Vojvodina and also on the match for the Macedonian national team against European champions Spain. But Köln are not the only German club interested for him as FSV Frankfurt would also like to have his signature when he becomes free agent in December. Turkish club Diyarbakirspor, Romanian Steaua and Croatian side Rijeka have been following him for long time, but the high transfer fee was always a problem for them and now they are active again as they can have him for free.
We contacted Grozdanoski asking for confirmation about the interest for him and he said:
– I can confirm that there are some clubs interested for me, but I don’t want to mention the names and don’t want to talk about that at this moment, as I have four months left from my contract with Vojvodina and as a professional football player I am fully focused only my performances for my current club.
Vlatko Grozdanoski started his career in FK Vardar from Skopje and after playing in Macedonian clubs Vardar and Cementarnica, he moved to Cypriot club Omonia Nicosia in 2005 where he spent three and a half years and in 2006 was named as the best young foreigner in the league. In January 2008 he signed for FK Vojvodina Novi Sad. Grozdanoski is regular member of the Macedonian national team and has 47 appearances and four scored goals.
