Vardar signed 3, released 3 players

Vardar have announced the signing and releasing of 3 players.

Serbian midfielder Igor Stojaković, defender Zlatko Boshkovski and forward Blagoja Geshoski are no longer part of Vardar. After naming Nikola Ilievski for a manager, he has decided that these three players are surplus and they have mutually terminated their contracts. Stojaković and Boshkovski were part of the team that won the championship last season.

Meanwhile, the club has signed same number of players. Goalkeeper Dejan Milič arrived from Slovenia. He is 28 and was last part of Cypriot side Nea Salamis Famagusta. According to Ilievski, he should be number one keeper until Zahov recovers from injury. Dimitrija Lazarevski is the second name that was brought in Vardar. Lazarevski was training with Rabotnichki and it was expected to sign with the Debar Maalo club, but instead he chose Vardar. The third player who signed for Vardar is Osei Kofi from Ghana, relatively anonymous player who has apparently satisfied Ilievski.

Vardar’s transfers probably don’t finish here as the club is still linked to several players.
