New three points for Macedonia as the Lynx stay perfect at the top of the Group D after beating Liechtenstein at home.

Before this game Armenia hosted Gibraltar and suffered a humiliating 1:0 defeat. This result boosted the motivation of the Macedonian players for a new win.
Before kick-off FFM gave gifts to the whole delegations of the national team that featured in the first historic game at the same date back in 1993. The players, coaches, medical team and journalists that were part of that historical moment in Slovenia.

Bardhi had the first real chance when in the 6th minute fired a shot just outside the box but visiting keeper Büchel made a save.
The deadlock was broken in the 10th minute when Pandev perfectly served Trajkovski in the box. The Palermo attacker could not miss such a chance.
Four minutes later Pandev made a great action dribbling few players and than found Alioski on the left who served Hasani in the box. But Ferhan sent the ball over the goal despite being five meters from the line.
The second goal came at half an hour. Pandev again made a perfect assist and again to Trajkovski who scored his 14th national team goal.
After assisting twice Pandev deserved a goal. Bardhi took a free kick in the 36th minute, Büchel punched the ball, Pandev fired a shot on rebound for a 3:0 lead.
But at the very next minute Liechtenstein pulled one back. Gubser stole a ball from Musliu in the box and served Yildiz who could not miss. Few minutes later Nestorovski missed a good scoring opportunity.
The second half was more quiet. Nestorovski missed two chances while Hasani one.
Nestorovski’s third miss lead to the fourth goal. It was his best chance that was sent into corner by Büchel. Alioski took the ball from the corner kick and dribbled past the visiting defense before scoring.
Four minutes from time Nikolov was denied a goal by Büchel while two minutes later Trajkovski missed a chance for a hat-trick.
The next challenge for the Lynx ia Armenia away on Tuesday.
