Manager Boban Babunski has called up 24 players for the upcoming qualifiers against Azerbaijan and Norway.
Filip Pivkovski, whose agent announced that he has accepted an invitation to play for the Macedonia U21 national team, was still not given clearance to play, so he was not among the 24 players called up. Instead, Babunski will rely on the return of players such as Stefan Ristovski, Ezgjan Alioski, David Babunski and Aleksandar Trajkovski, among others, to get positive results from the two November qualifiers. Those four players all return to the U21 team from the senior national team, who did not schedule a friendly for November.
Half of the 24 players are based from the domestic league, with Rabotnichki leading the way with four of their players on the squad.
