Like the U19s, the U17 national team will as well play an Elite Round of EURO qualifications. For that occasion coach Goran Stanikj called up 21 players.

The team will start preparing on Sunday as the qualifications tournament starts on the 21st. Unlike the one for the U19s, this won’t be played in Macedonia but instead it will be hosted by Poland. The match dates are the same in both categories.
Besides the hosts, Macedonian will also have to match Ireland and Georgia. The group winners and the seven runners-up with the best record against the teams first and third in their section will book a place to the U17 EURO that will be played in England in May.
