Macedonia will host the qualifying tournament in which the draw decided that our boys will have to face Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovakia and Moldova.
The U17 national team of Macedonia failed to reach the elite round of the 2017 EURO qualifications due to a yellow card more then Armenia in the ranking of third-placed teams, so now a new generation will try to achieve that.
The qualifiers for the 2018 U17 EURO that will be played in England will start next September and Octomber. Today’s draw put Macedonia into the Group 2 together with the U17 national teams of Bosnia-Herzegovina (Pot 1), Slovakia (Pot 2) and Moldova (Pot 3). Macedonia was placed in the last Pot D where it was the best ranked team. All of our opponents were bottom-ranked in their pots (ok, Bosnia is second-to-last).
