The Macedonian U18 national team played two friendly matches against Montenegro in Strumica. In both matches, Macedonia was a slightly better opponent and recorded two identical 2:1 victories. Coach Kapinkovski used these friendlies to test a larger number of players as well as different tactical variants that would serve him well in the following matches
