Stefan Ristovski from Parma will join the the squad for the Ireland game instead of injured Aleksandar Lazevski.
Partizan medical stuff confirmed that Aleksandar Lazevski’s injury is worse that it seemed and he won’t be able to play in the last two rounds of the Serbian League and for the national team against Ireland.
His place will be taken by talented 19-years-old Stefan Ristovski who is at Serie A side Parma and plays for the Primavera team. Finaly national team coach Mirsad Jonuz made a brave move and called Ristovski who by many football fans in Macedonia is seen as a great future player and one who already deserves a chance in the senior national team. His great performances for the U21and U19 national team as well as the Parma Primavera were enough to hope that will make his senior debut against Ireland.
Macedonia will face Ireland on June 4 at the National Arena Philip II of Macedon in Skopje. This will be a game of the 6th round of the Group B of the EURO 2012 qualifications.
