‘First of all, I would like to express my gratitude towards FFM for giving me the opportunity to lead Macedonian U21 national team. As a sportsman and former national team player, I think that leading any national team is kind of a reward for your efforts. This is a positive step for me and I hope we can contribute to having good results. In our squad list for the upcoming matches, there are no huge changes. There are some changes, but I consider that as a must because the qualifications tournament is near its’ end. Although we have lost the chances for a good placement, I believe we are going to play a good match against Israel, we are going to have good preparations and achieve a good result. As staff, we are going to devote on hard work and I expect the players to be working hard, respect the team and play fully motivated. Because there is no other way to success, at least according to my principles.’ said Vujadin Stanojkovikj in a statement for FFM.mk.
