Today were played the three play-off matches for filling the second league for next season. The teams of Sloga 1934, Teteks and Shkëndija 77 managed to grab wins and celebrated promotion.

Third league East champion Sloga 1934 gave no chance to Southwest champion Prespa outplaying them in just 45 minutes when they took a 3:0 lead. later it happed to be the final result so the Vinica based team got back in the second division after two seasons.

West champion Teteks scored two goals in the opening 25 minutes against South champion Golemo Konjari. Until the very end that score stood as Teteks missed a penalty, but Golemo Konjari even with a man down managed to score twice in the last two minutes and the match went into penalty shoot-out. Golemo Konjari missed three penalties, while Teteks two, so the Tetovo based team won promotion, coming back to the second flight after just one season.

The play-off derby was played in Kavadarci between North champion Shkëndija 77 and the lone second league team Osogovo. After a ]corner kick in the 36th minute, Desnikj took a shot that was blocked by Stoilovski’s hand and Shkëndija 77 was awarded a penalty kick that was converted by Gjorgjieski. In the opening minutes of the second half Osogovo equalized. Davkov sent a cross from left, the defense left the ball fall in the box where Simoski just put it in the net. Still, seven minutes later Shkëndija 77 brought back the lead when Iljazi scored a stunner from outside the box. Osogovo failed to find another equalizer and the Arachinovo based team after 19 years will play again in the second league.

For the three defeated teams it is not the end. There are two more spots available in the second league due to the disqualification of the first league clubs Voska Sport ands Gostivar, meaning that no top flight clubs are relegated in the second league. So, now by drawing lots two of the three defeated play-off teams will be promoted,
