FK Sileks and FK Bashkimi will stay in the first league for the next season. After the play-off matches played today both teams managed to win against the second-league opponents.

Bashkimi – Miravci 4-1 (1-0)

In Bitola, Bashkimi were favorites against Miravci. That role was justified in the match, when the team that finished 10th in the first league managed to win convincingly. Miravci finished 3rd on the second league table, but that was not enough for them. On today's match Bashkimi started good and had a 1-0 lead after the first half-time. In the second, they were even more convincing and scored 3 more goals for a final result of 4-1.

Sileks – Belasica 2-0 (1-0)

The more interesting match was the one played on Gradski in Skopje. The team that has never left the first league has extended its stay for one more year after beating Belasica from Strumica. Belasica didnt started good this season in the second league but after management changes they've managed to reach 4th place till the end of the championship. But, they found more than tough opponent in the team from Kratovo. With a goal scored in each half, Sileks won and will compete in League 1 next season, again.
