Shkupi once again beat Novaci to stay in first league, while Zajazi won second league promotion after drawing Labunishta.

An express promotion to the Macedonian highest level proved to be too much for the team of Novaci. Today they lost the second leg of the play-off as well which saw Shkupi remaining in the first league, while Novaci in the second. The Pigeons from Skopje deserved to play top level football by outplaying Novaci in both matches.

Novaci last season won the third league Southwest but later lost in the promotion play-offs. Still, they grabbed a second league place after Mladost Carev Dvor quit. Now they finished third and had a chance to reach the first league for ther first time in their history, but the more experienced team of Shkupi proved to be far better. Novaci will next season compete in the 2.MFL West.

Today was also played the Round 2 play-off game for filling the last two places of the new second league West. Zajazi, who won 3 points after defeating Goblen Junior on Sunday, faced the Southwest runner-up, Labunishta. the game ended 1:1, a result that sent Zajazi to the second league. In the next round Labunishta and Goblen Junior will decide who will grab the second promotion place.
