Shkendija secures 3rd title in Round 32 (Video)

Shkendija is official champion for this season, Vlatko Stojanovski scored 4 goals as Renova humiliated Pobeda with a 9:1 win which also officially sent Pobeda to the second league, while Sileks and Belasica won to make the ending very interesting when it comes to the battle for avoiding relegation.

A stoppage time goal by midfielder Ennur Totre gave Shkendija the third title champions of Macedonia with four round left. The holders are playing relaxed this rounds having in mind the big difference in points, but today they clinched the title thanks to this late goal.

They now join the likes of Sileks and Sloga Jugomagnat who also have 3 titles. Shkendija was first time champions in the season 2010/11, while their second title came last season. They will again participate in the Champions League qualifications this summer.

Pobeda got officially relegated and they did it in the most inappropriate way. They visited Renova and even after the opening 45 minutes it was obvious that Renova will record a big win. At the end they counted up to 9 goals with 4 of them getting behind the name of Vlatko Stojanovski who is playing in great form this season. He is currently the top goalscorer with 18 goals.

In form Belasica got another important win. Today they defeated the Lions who are now just a point away from the play-out spot, while the Kangaroos are still 3 points away from the same position because Sileks won as well.

Sileks easily than expected took the points from the match against Akademija Pandev. All three goals were scored by their Serbian international with Rajković celebrating a brace.

The local derby between Shkupi and Vardar was entertaining for the crowd who saw four goals. The hosts were leading twice, but after each lead Vardar was managing the add an equalizer.
