The last round of the Macedonian Second League was completed after which Shkendija 79, Skopje and Napredok are officially promoted to the First League.
After the last round was completed, Napredok by securing the third position in front of Bregalnica Stip, joined the already promoted Shkendija 79 and Skopje. Bregalnica Stip will play in the play-off against Milano from Kumanovo.
On the bottom, Vlazrimi will play in the relegation play-out against a team from the Third Leagues, while Ohrid is relegated.
