The derby of the second round between Vardar and Pelister was played in the evening term at the National Arena Todor Proeski in Skopje. With a good atmosphere in the crowd, Vardar won by late lone goal scored by Djibril Dianessy in 82 minute.

Tikvesh recorded the first three points in the new season against Voska Sport. Hero in the triumph was Ediz Spahiu who was a double scorer.

Gostivar played a fantastic match and deservedly won. Double scorer Alper Potuk led his team to victory over Shkupi.

Sileks were in a dominant position from the beginning of the match and deservedly won against Brera in Kratovo. Marko Gjorgjievski scored the first heat-trick for this season.

Rabotnichki managed to miss a penalty and scored a comical own goal, but still split the points with Shkendija in Tetovo.

Struga secured another three points on the home ground, this time against Besa 1976 with a lone goal by Sava Radić in a beginning of the second half.
