Lokomotiva, who is already relegated, made the biggest surprise this round after beating Vrapchishte on home soil in the Karposh neighborhood in Skopje. It was expected that Vrapchishte would cruise to a win since they are still battling to avoid the relegation play-offs, but instead they returned home empty handed. After half an hour, Vrapchishte took the lead through a converted penalty kick, but Lokomotiva turned the game around in the second half. Furthermore, Vrapchishte played with one fewer player for the final 20 minutes when Amir Jashar got a red card. Lokomotiva capitalized to score the game winner in the dying moments of the match.

Already promoted Sileks suffered only its fourth defeat of the season, despite the fact that their opponent Zajazi played a home game on a neutral field in Kumanovo. That came about after incidents at their home venue cause the Macedonian federation to order they play their homes games elsewhere. Sileks has seen a dip in form ever since they clinched promotion back to the First League.

Pobeda Junior managed a hard fought point in the road clash against Shkupi, a team that has been tough to beat at home. They have 12 wins and only one loss at home prior to this first draw at Chair stadium for Shkupi.

Teteks had no problems in Veles against relegated side Borec by winning 5:0. The three points moved Teteks one step closer in becoming the second team to win promotion. FK Skopje, as expected, also recorded a victory over another relegated side in Novaci.

Miravci, meanwhile, clinched an important win after destroying Tiverija 3:0 to send them into the relegation zone. Since Zajazi won and Tiverija has played one additional game, it will be hard for Tiverija to stay in the league.

Drita defeated Madjari Solidarnost 3:2, but the once 3:0 lead led to a nervy finish after the visitors scored two goals in the last 10 minutes. Still, Drita managed to hold on and snatch all three points.
