Sileks could only muster a tight 1:2 road win over last placed Lokomotiva. The champions of the first half seized the occasion as Teteks played a goalless draw away to Skopje, so Sileks is all alone at the top. Teteks stayed in second place with Miravci just behind them. Miravci demolished Madjari Solidarnost 4:0 to move just two points away from the promotion zone.

Borec disappointed its fans once again, losing unexpectedly at home to another relegation candidate in Rufeja. Zajazi beat Korzo 2:1, while the same result also saw Drita down Pobeda Junior.

Tiverija and Vrapchishte shared the points in Strumica, while 11 Oktomvri celebrated a minimal win over Novaci marked the other results of the round.
