Renova won a place in the top flight for next season, while Turnovo goes into the promotion/relegation play-off where will face Pelister.
Renova last round defeated its only rival for avoiding the relegation play-off spot so now had to simply confirm the top of the play-out group. They beat Mladost away and officially won a First League place for next season as well.

After losing the decisive game away to Renova, Turnovo had to beat Metalurg but also to hope that Mladost could at least take a point from Renova. Turnovo won by scoring 5 goals but still ended up behind Renova and will now face Pelister in the play-off for winning a First League place next season.
