Leaders Shkendija simply couldn’t break the defense of last-placed Skopje who is on an unbeaten run of 7 matches including this one today. The popular Pirates were even hunting the whole three points on this match especially after the visitors were left with ten men. In the 53rd minute Mevlan Adili made a kick-box tackle on Ousseini Mounpain and received his second yellow card. Ten minutes before the final whistle home captain Filip Petkovski had in interesting attempt when he tried to lob Kostadin Zahov from a 30 meter distance, but his shot missed the target by centimeters. Despite having a player less, Shkendija was trying to win the points while Skopje was mostly defending and trying to lose time. In the last minute of the injury time Besart Ibraimi took a free kick but his good shot was saved by Spasoje Stefanović. A point against the best team this season is a great success for the struggling team of Skopje.
