Stefan Ristovski and Aleksandar Trajkovski, two young footballers who are viewed important pieces of Macedonia’s future, managed to score one goal apiece on Saturday.

The 22-year-old Stefan Ristovski, as usual, found himslef in the starting lineup for Latina and scored his second goal of the season during Latina’s 4:1 thrashing over Novara.  All five combined goals were scored in the 2nd half, Ristovski netting the second goal for Latina in the 70th minute.  Stefan’s goal came on a right footed shot from just inside the area.

Over in Belgium, meanwhile, Aleksandar Trajkovski also scored one goal, but his team Mechelen was on the wrong end of a 4:1 beatdown.  Similarly, all five goals were scored in the 2nd half and Trajkovski, just like Ristovski, scored his goal in the 70th minute.  Aleksandar’s goal came on a volley from inside the area after a cross from the right.

Furthermore, both Ristovski and Trajkovski were substituted in the 85th minute by their respective teams.  So, they scored their goals in the exact same minute and were substituted in the same point of the game as well.  Both games also finished 4:1 with all five goals being scored in the 2nd half, but Ristovski and Latina were victorious while Trajkovski and Mechelen were defeated.
