In the late game today, Rabotnicki settled for a point as they played a 1:1 home draw against Teteks.
Another disappointing result for Rabotnicki as they dropped two points at home against Teteks. It could have been worse for Rabotnicki as they needed a late goal from the 16-year-old Darko Velkovski in the 84th minute to offset the earlier goal by Dusko Trajcevski of Teteks in the 47th minute.
For some unexplained reason, Rabotnicki always represents Macedonian football the best in European competitions but they struggle during league games. Rabotnicki reached the play-off round of the Europa League this season but they barely entered the competition as they finished in 4th place last season. Rabotnicki only made the Europa league qualifications because Metalurg won the Macedonian Cup. If Metalurg would have lost the Macedonian Cup final to Teteks last year, Rabotnicki would have not even entered the Europa League qualifications.
In the early new season, the same trend is occurring. Rabotnicki has dropped too many points to open the season against weaker opponents. They are now tied for 4th place on the table with Napredok trailing Metalurg, Vardar, and Shkendija.
