Shkendija failed to defend the cup trophy in the U18 category. If last season they beat Pelister with 5:3, today they were totally outplayed by Rabotnichki who easily won with 4:0. The youth players of the Debar Maalo team were better opponent througout the entire match and could have even ended the game with a bigger margin. After scoring the third goal, coach Marjancho Andreski decided to give a chance to everyone at the bench to take part in this final. Good move by him! Interestingly, coach of Shkendija is the former attacker Burhan Emurlai.

It’s not the first time Rabotnichki to claim the cup as back in 2017 they celebrated over Akademija Pandev with 3:0.

On the way to the final Rabotnichki started with a 3:0 win over Milano in the opening round, followed an elimination of local rivals Vardar with a 2:0 win and a 1:2 defeat, while in the semifinal they were better than Nju Stars winning 3:0 and recording a 0:1 loss.
