The national team has held two trainings today upon arrival in Austria and ahead Azerbaijan match.

Tomorrow, Macedonia will have a friendly match against Azerbaijan in Vilach, Austria with kick-off time in 18.30 CET.

‘Azerbaijan is a good team, led by an excellent coach, Berti Vogts. This will be a serious test, but I believe we will be winners’ – said Jonuz for FFM’s official website.

Goce Sedloski will have the 100th cap for the national team on the match against Azerbaijan and will receive special gift from Haralampie Hadzi-Risteski, FFM’s president.

Jonuz has previously pointed out that the match against Azerbaijan will be kind of a test before the match against Armenia from the UEFA EURO 2012 qualifications tournament. Macedonia will be without Pandev on this match from the regular startes, but with everybody else fit and ready to play. 

The match should be played under good weather conditions and as Sedloski said Macedonia can play against anyone and can get good result. Online bookmakers have set the odds at 1.90 for Macedonia to win this match.

After Azerbaijan, Macedonia will meet Romania.
