Ivan Necevski was an unused substitute for Sydney as he was the goalkeeper #2 behind Vedran Janjetović. His teammates Daniel Petkovski and Alec Urosevski weren’t called up for this match.

Defensive midfielder Spase Dilevski started on the home team’s bench and played the last half hour after he replaced Ohrid born Billy Celeski (the latter one isn’t eligible to play for Macedonia because he played for Australia’s senior national team in a qualification match). Ben Kantarovski is still injured and therefore he wasn’t part of Newcastle’s team.

Haris Hajradinovic, born in Prilep, spent the entire game on Inter’s bench while his teammate Borko Gorgiev wasn’t called up. On the other side offensive midfielder Besart Abdurahimi made the start and scored Zagreb’s equalizer in the 65th minute.

Denmark, Superligaen, Odense – FC København 2:3
Bashkim Kadrii played all 90 minutes for Odense at left back and also picked up a yellow card in the 13th minute in this narrow loss at home.

Germany, 2.Bundesliga, Duisburg – Eintracht Braunschweig 1:0
Orhan Ademi began the game on Braunschweig’s bench and played the last 30 minutes but couldn’t help his team to avoid this loss away to Duisburg.

Moldavia, Divizia Nationala, Speranţa – Sheriff 0:2
Centre forward Marko Markovski made a good debut for his new club Sheriff as he came on in the 57th minute and scored the second goal of the game just 15 minutes later.

Ivica Iliev played the whole game as a supporting striker for Wisła in this draw without goals. Moreover he received a yellow card in the 26th minute.

Jovan Markoski played the entire game as a central midfielder for Vorskla in this loss away to Chornomorets.

USA, MLS, Los Angeles Galaxy – Chicago Fire 4:0
Left midfielder Dilaver Duka played until the 57th minute for Chicago when Brazilian international Alex took his place. His team made a bad start in the season as they were demolished in this away game against LA Galaxy.
