Potential internationals performances (03-06.05.2019)

A rather quiet weekend for the potential internationals as none of the players scored or assisted. Worth mentioning is that Marko Johansson was back on goal for GAIS after a red card suspension and was able to keep a clean sheet.

Australia, A-League Finals Series, Adelaide United – Melbourne City 1:0
Neither James Delianov nor Dylan Pierias were part of Melbourne’s squad as their team was eliminated in the first round of the finals series.

Austria, Bundesliga, Austria – alzburg 1:2
Uroš Matić opened on the hosts bench and played from the 68th minute when he substituted Maximilian Sax. Austria had the lead until the 82nd minute, but RB responded with two late goals to grab three points on the road.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Mouscron – Zulte Waregem 3:0
Erdin Demir wasn’t called up by the visitors for this encounter.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, Premijer Liga, Željezničar – Mladost 3:1
Vedran Kjosevski was the hosts reserve goalkeeper. Surprisingly, Vedran lost his spot although recently he was a member of Bosnia’s senior national team.

Greece, Souroti Soúper Lígka, Levadiakos – AEK 0:3
Marko Markovski began at center-forward for Levadiakos and lasted 64 minutes on the pitch as his team suffered a defeat against AEK.

Portugal, Ledman Liga Pro, Varzim – Famalicão 1:4
Marko Pavlovski started in defensive midfield for Varzim and lasted 72 minutes on the pitch. Varzim opened the score in the 31st minute, but Famalicão netted four in the second half to down Marko’s team on the road.

Serbia, SuperLiga play-off, Crvena zvezda – Mladost 1:0
Jovan Markoski was an unused substitute for Mladost.

Serbia, Prva Liga play-out, Teleoptik – Sloboda 2:2
Marko Shishkov was all minutes in central defense for Teleoptik as his team collected one point against Sloboda.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Sereď – Zemplín 2:2
Brian Iloski didn’t make Zemplín’s matchday squad.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Falkenberg – Malmö 1:2
Erdal Rakip played the last ten minutes for Malmö after he replaced Sören Rieks.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Elfsborg – Norrköping 0:0
Deniz Hümmet spent the entire game on Elfsborg’s bench.

Sweden, Superettan, GAIS – Jönköpings 1:0
Marko Johansson was back on goal for GAIS after the suspension and managed to keep a clean sheet in the narrow win against Jönköpings. The loan goal was netted by  former Macedonian national team member Predrag Randjelović who scored directly from a corner-kick.

Highlights from the match:

Switzerland, Super League, Grasshoppers – St. Gallen 0:1
Nedim Bajrami this time started in attacking midfield and played all minutes in the loss at home against St. Gallen.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Kasımpaşa – Fenerbahçe 1:3
Haris Hajradinović opened on the hosts bench and made a late substitute appearance as he was introduced four minutes from time.

    Is dejan stojanovic no longer willing to play for Macedonia anymore?

      A little bit late but:
      He gave up the Macedonian citizenship to achieve the Austrian, so without a Macedonian passport he can’t play for Macedonia. The Problem is he can’t take the Macedonian because that is forbidden by the Austrian side.
