The 14th ranked team in the Macedonian second league – Pobeda Prilep faced ambitious champion of the third league North – Kumanovo and managed to stay in the league.

The champion of the 3.MFL East, Vardarski from Boganci, defeated Korabi, the champion of Southwest, and managed to earn a second division place after 27 long years. Vardarski last time was a second league side in the season 1996/97 when got relegated.
