The dates and stadiums for the upcoming play-off matches for filling the first and second leagues have been announced.

Shkupi and Novaci will match each other in two games, both on neutral ground in the city of Shtip. The winner of this tie will secure a place in the First League for next season, while the loser will play in the Second League. No away goal rule will be implicated.

The fourth-placed teams in the Third Leagues East and South will compete in a single leg match for the remaining one place in the new Second League East. The game will be played on a neutral ground in Kochani. In case of a draw extra time will be played or later penalties if needed.

Prevalec (4th in 3.MFL South) vs. Sasa (4th in 3.MFL East)

The play-offs for filling the Second League West will be more complicated as three teams will participate. The three second-placed teams in the Third Leagues North, West and Southwest will play each other once in a round-robin tournament with the top two being promoted at the end. All games will be played on a neutral venue in Gostivar. Teams will be awarded 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a defeat.
